Good Question! We send out an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, contact our customer support team (live chat, email, phone) to ensure your order details were submitted correctly.
Shortly after you receive the confirmation email, you will receive another email (same-day) with your tracking number. 3-4 days later, you will receive your order.
Check your inbox for your tracking number email. If you can't find it, contact us at [email protected] or Live chat.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Contact us with an explanation of what happened (pictures encouraged) and we will immediately correct the mistake.
This issue is caused by an error with your address. Contact us and we will watch for your package and it's return to our warehouse. We will then ship your order, at no cost to you.
We use the United States Postal Service First-Class shipping with lower weight packages. Once packages get a little heavier, we’ll then use USPS priority mail.
Generally, domestic shipping takes 2-4 days.
We’re sincerely sorry to hear that you’re not happy with us. We hope that each customer is satisfied. However, if you’re not, contact us within 60 days for a full refund. You will be refunded upon the return of our items.
